„This was a perfect place to stay while we moved our son in and out of housing at Ole Miss! The outdoor area was wonderful to decompress after a long day. The location was a very quick commute to get where we needed to be on campus and to restaurants on the square. The beds were super comfortable, and the interior was beautifully decorated. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Oxford!“

„We really enjoyed our stay with Jim. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything you could ever want, the furniture was clean and comfortable, the TV was great, and the water pressure was awesome in the shower! (Probably only important to me). Jim sent us clear check in information early so we knew what we needed to do. I don’t know if we would ever go back to Oxford, but we would definitely book this house if we do. Thanks for everything, Jim. You’re awesome!“

„Good location for being near Memphis, but safer and easy access to all activities near Olive Branch. The house was roomy and provided space for my family of 5...only downside is the train across the road so definitely bring a noise machine and some good ear plugs if that will bother you.“

„This is the cutest lil house! So comfy and super clean. Its decorated so funky and interesting; boho, coastal, cottage feel. Especially if you like Elvis and Tupelo, MISSISSIPPI! Which we did. :) Noticed the record player was missing. I was looking forward to listening to the albums provided but that’s ok.The hot tub was amazing and felt very private.Beds were comfy n plenty of pillows n blankets. „Very close to MTrade Park. The area is nice. There were a few stains that made me leary on the cleanliness. A couple of stains in the middle of the couch and a few pillows. I noticed a few things on the wall going up the stairs that needs to be cleaned. May be something the cleaner can take care of easily if they were brought attention to it. It was very accommodating though and overall enjoyed our stay. “
