„Love the house though it appeared to be outdated with minor repairs needed, the view, access to the private beach and super kind neighbors was amazing! The community is majority seniors so if you’re looking for serenity it was great for that if you’re looking for beach parties not so much. We loved the community so much we plan to come back multiple times next year.“
