„This was my family‘s first time driving to los Palomas in Mexico, however, the accommodations, the dining options, the professional customer service, and the ease of getting around the facility, beach, and the entire grounds was seamless. The up-to-date and furnished condo was more than sufficient and met our needs. My wife and I look forward to returning here in the near future for yet another stay.“

„Overall everything was great this place feels like home. The people that live or visit are super friendly. The only complaint I have is with the shower caddy hanging on the shower head. It needs to be replaced. It's so rusty it is falling apart. Ok one more thing the TV is way to high, it would be better if they mounted it in the bedroom, just a recommendation “

„Clean and comfort condo with gorgeous views and property but barely stocked. Kitchen had minimal cooking supplies. They gave you two trash bags and half a roll of paper towels, which doesn’t last for a longer stay. Nothing stocked like salt and pepper. So if you plan to cook while at this condo bring everything you need or plan to buy in town, which is 20 minutes away. They give you 5 towels for both beach and shower use. „My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Mayan Palace. All of the Vidanta Resorts our phenomenal. We really enjoyed the pools and restaurants. Vidanta truly offers top notch service. You have a private beach so there is no venders on the beach which is really nice . Very tranquil and family oriented. Our children enjoyed the kids club.
