The room smelled like a Highschool gym with sour milk. Front desk solution: Lysol & instruction to bring it back. Could not reenter, key card problems. Back to front desk. „The hotel was good, and the spa was 100% worth it! The staff was rough. We’ve been Marriott members for a long time, and when we travel, we stay at the JW, W, or Ritz. We came to Chicago to go to Beyond Wonderland, and then we’re out till 2 or 3am experiencing Chicago night life. The hotel staff woke us up every morning at 7:30 or before by coming into the room that had a “do not enter” sign on the outside of the door. „Nice, large, clean handicapped accessible rooms. Nice clean pool hot tub area. Warm inviting lobby. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety clean and well stocked. Really appreciated that there were lower calorie healthy options like hard boiled eggs. Great hours for the breakfast. Front desk staff very friendly. No problems with checking or checkout. „Die Zimmer sind sauber und der Service ist gut, alle sind ständig bemüht einem den Auffenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Gutes WiFi im Hotel. Kaffee und Tee 24 Std. in der Lobby. Frühstück ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse recht üppig, neben Waffeln, Rührei, Toast etc gibt es eine kleine Auswahl an Früchten, Müsli und Joghurt.
