„Long road trip, stayed in several hotels.Most places have staff shortage but do their best. Not this place! Arrived late after 8 hrs drive, very tired. The room smelled like a Highschool gym with sour milk. Front desk solution: Lysol & instruction to bring it back. Could not reenter, key card problems. Back to front desk. Lysol helped a little, we slept with an open window (summer heat, an interstate nearby). Floor was so sticky in places slippers stuck, sofa & seat were very dirty. Fridge ...

„This hotel is nice, however it feels that they use exclusive memberships to prioritize rooms and experience. We had some issues in the room, and while they were receptive and accommodating, it feels like these things slip because they're trying to impress the membership guests. “

„Die Zimmer sind sauber und der Service ist gut, alle sind ständig bemüht einem den Auffenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Gutes WiFi im Hotel. Kaffee und Tee 24 Std. in der Lobby. Frühstück ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse recht üppig, neben Waffeln, Rührei, Toast etc gibt es eine kleine Auswahl an Früchten, Müsli und Joghurt. Für Ausflüge eine gute Ausgangslage.Wir waren sehr zufrieden!“

„Lights are on motion sensor so when going to bathroom in middle of night you get blinded. But other than that it was perfect! Comfortable sheets/bedding. Clean and great breakfast!“
