The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, train station and cultural high points like Tate Gallery St. Ives. The apartment was clean, cosy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy and the apartment was lovely. A great base for exploring the town and coastline. „The view to the seaside is absolutely amazing. The cottage offers all you need to relax, so you are not dependent on the weather. It is located in a very quite surrounding. You are close to Bude with all it's attractions: sandy beaches, cliff walks, restaurants, Canal and the Bude Sea Pool which is a must to swim in.“

„The place was cheap, but I would say bad value for money for a number of reasons, outlined belowBad - black mould on bedroom curtains- Black mould in the bathroom- Loose wooden planks in the bathroom- Lots of Cobwebs in every room and in the cupboards, even immediately after checking in- Cabinet in bathroom was loose- Not enough toilet roll- No salt and pepper in the salt and pepper shakers- No bar or shop on site, despite this being advertised- No member of staff seen on site- Very poor ...

„Wir haben uns in diesem Cottage sehr wohl gefühlt, toller Ausgangspunkt für St Ives. Der Vermieter reagiert sehr schnell auf Anfragen. Plus bei den Parkplatzpreisen: Garage in 5 min Entfernung (erfordert etwas Einparkkönnen :-)) Gern wieder.“

„We had a lovely stay at Oms place. The house is a great size, actually a lot bigger than we expected. Bedrooms spacious and the living area was ideal for 2 families. The house was lovely and clean and welcoming. Facilities on site are good, only missing a shop, nearest shop is a short drive away. Kids enjoyed the pool and the park, outside pool was not yet open but can imagine in summer would be a real winner. Thanks, would not hesitate to book again!“

„Such a peaceful spot. We had breakfast outside each morning while listening to the birds and then spotted constellations in the properly dark night sky. The cottage was well equipped with lots of quirky details, just as the name suggests and the location was perfect for us - handy for visiting family. The welcome was really warm, too. It would be lovely to return one day. “

„We were 2 couples staying for a long weekend. 2 went to Rick Steins seafood school for a day course, and 2 decided to take a 4 hour walk around the beautiful headlands. The flat is perfect for this type of relaxing reunion, well equipped and nicely decorated. Super location. And free parking but only for relatively small cars. “

„We had a lovely stay in the property. We were warmly welcomed by the property owners and the house was a great size for our holiday base with all the necessary amenities. The kids liked seeing the chickens and horses each day and we liked the peace and quiet at night. It’s only a short walk to carbis bay but certainly better walking down than back up the hill. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend.“

„Das Cottage war toll ausgestattet und entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Es ist schön ruhig gelegen und für eventuelle Fragen oder Wünsche steht der im gegenüber liegenden Haus wohnende Vermieter hilfsbereit zur Verfügung. Der örtliche Pub ist nur 200 Meter entfernt und bietet sehr schmackhafte Gerichte. Die noch näher gelegene Post ist eigentlich ein Tante-Emma-Laden, in dem man das Nötigste einkaufen kann, wenn man keine Lust hat, in einem der größeren Orte den Supermarkt ...

„This cottage is in a great location to get to the beech . Please remember no parking outside though. We parked up on nearby car park for the week . A little tip get down to the car park early to get a space if you come to St Ives in main holiday season it’s.VERY busy . Walls in the cottage very thin so could hear both sides of neighbours too . “

„Fabulous front of beach property with everything you need for a great holiday. . A proper home from home in a great location views to die for and fell asleep to the sound of the ocean. Our dog loved it. !!. “
