„Das Hotel ist eine Massenabfertigung mit Schwerpunkt US. Das Essen ist okay, aber nichts Besonderes. Der Strand ist winzig, die Poolanlage sehr groß. Zum Flughafen braucht man ca. 15 Minuten. Wer nur hier Urlaub macht, sieht nichts von der ansonsten fantastischen Insel.“

„ Pools, Restaurantauswahl, Entertainment -Heruntergekommene Zimmer und feucht-modrigem Geruch (Schimmel?), viele der Angestellten sehr arrogant (dafür ein paar wenige äusserst hilfsbereit), ohne Trinkgeld an der Poolbar wird man gerne 20min lang ignoriert, oftmals kaltes Essen am Buffet obwohl die Auswahl super ist“

„Property is massive, lots of walking to get around unless you get a cart driver. There are not frequent carts to around to assist. Some of the staff did not like to help or go beyond to satisfy the customers. For example my husband at breakfast ask for milk for his oat milk once we were seated, the waiter had the milk for coffee but scolded him for not getting it at the buffet area. It was very harsh. Many of the servers look upset to be in the line of service. Customers satisfaction is poor. ...
