„Loved the decor, the fun additions to the room and Amenities like the Dyson hairdryer. BUT The hotel was too busy to pick up the phone at reception or for room service I had to go downstairs to finally get through. Also I left my water bottle in zur room and noticed the same day I checked out. Again no one picked up the phone. I went there physically bit my water bottle was gone .. “
