„Amazing stay at this property, fantastic service, clean rooms and good food which will be more like homemade food ( which we liked) and not like a restaurant style. Breakfast and dinner can be included in your stay which I recommend as this property is located a bit remote around 45 minutes from Jaisalmer. „They did not recognize the reservation from hotel.com. Took 2+ to checking and kept us waiting. Same for checkout. Food is great. service is good. There should be some arrangement for pickup from airport. Its difficult to get to the hotel as there are lot of roadblocks from local cops. If you have heavy luggage its difficult to get to the hotel.“

„The property is slightly out side of the main road where most of the resorts are located. The camp in general was good. I understand it was a desert tent but the bedding cleanliness could be very much improved. The bathroom was well maintained and clean. The food was average and the cleanliness in the kitchen could be improved as well. Also, explore your options of hiring your own jeep or camel. “

„Our experience was unpleasant, toilet in our tent was stinky and smelly. We changed our tent but we faced same problem in the other tent. Staff was rude with our driver and in addition to this the food they served was cold and it wasn’t fresh. Bedding was dirty and had stains on….im really sorry to give this review as I’ve no intention in ruining your business but I believe in genuine feedback and here’s mine.“

„Great accommodation and friendly staff. Be aware that the property is 50K outside of Jaisalmer. The address on the booking site is their downtown office, 20 minutes form the fort. You will need to book transportation to and from the camp.“

"Luxuriöses und stilvolles Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Business Upgrade sehr zu empfehlen! Großes Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Man ist sogar eingeladen, Obst oder Snacks für die Weiterreise mitzunehmen. Das Einzige, was man beanstanden könnte, war der lahme Gepäckservice bei der Abreise und die hochnäsigen Gepäckträger, die einem frech ins Gesicht sagen, wenn das Trinkgeld zu wenig ist."

"This hotel is a good option if you are planning to stay in Aerocity: it has a very good breakfast, and it’s located very close to the Square. They also provide bottled water free of charge, since in general tap water is not drinkable in India. I want to leave a special thanks for Mithun, whom I ran into when leaving for check out. He took care of our room during our stay, and not only the room was spotless, but also he is pays attention to every detail to make your stay more comfortable and pleasant."
