„Personnel are polite but they make you repeat your request 10 Times. I was given a wrong room for 2 days, they said its international app so they dont seethe type of room i booked. Finally on third day agreed to upgrade the room. For 2 days in a standard room i was not refunded or given complimentary service, they simply said sorry. I would recommend never to stay at this place.“
