„The room was not clean and had an unpleasant odor upon arrival. The hallway on the first day also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and sewage, which made for an uncomfortable experience. The bathroom was dirty, there were no towels provided, and the Keurig machine was not working. On a positive note, the valet service was excellent—very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay.“

„Empfang war nicht übermäßig herzlich. Zimmer neu und modern, sauber. Allerdings quietsche die Badtür sehr stark und die Halterung für den Seifenspender war auch defekt. Ebenso die Rollohalterung. Das Zimmer war in Richtung Autobahn und deshalb sehr laut. Das Frühstück war gut bestückt, aber am letzten Tag gab es eine halbe Stunde vor Frühstücksende keinen Kaffee mehr. Für den Preis hätten wir mehr Service erwartet. “
