The building staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Convenient for grocery and wine runs! Even a Target within a block!The unit is low on flatware - not an issue for 2 of us, but would be for 3 or more occupants.“

„The property was great and pretty good sizefor the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 boys). The location was close to UPenn & Franklin Field, where we spent most of our time due to our son running in the New Balance Nationals. Only 2 slight negatives were the parking and the washing machine. The garage is really not meant for anything but a car. And the street parking was was very difficult due to the narrow street. „The apartment was just as it was described, and very clean. Also the front desk folks were very helpful getting me situated. Very much enjoyed the neighborhood and so conveniently located for the work I was doing at a nearby school. „Very nice and comfortable stay in a beautiful historic building. Having safe and secure free parking attached to the building was a major draw! Not having to worry about finding a parking spot and paying additional parking fees in the city alleviated unnecessary stress. Our stay was due to a family member having surgery with a week long hospital stay at the nearby Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
