„This was our favourite stay during our trip to Vietnam. Huge, beautiful rooms. A very relaxing stay. Staff are absolutely wonderful! They were very helpful in retrieving my lost bag and supportive and flexible when our travel plans had changed due to bad storms and the typhoon. Spa is sensational. This is the perfect property to recharge yourself. The staff truly make this property standout. Well done and thank you.“

„Die Zimmer waren sauber, sehr nettes und liebes Personal. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral. Die Tour zur Ha Long Bay haben wir über das Hotel gebucht und würde ich weiterempfehlen. 10/10“

„Highly recommend this property especially if you have longs hours of layover or even a night. Very clean sheets & towels. Less than $5 Grab from the airport. But free shuttle back to the airport. Owners were so accommodating. All family members were trying to be of help as we kinda have hard time communicating. Will book again this property if I have at least more than 5 hours of layover. “

„신상호텔로 확실히 인터컨다워요 중간에 클럽라운지 추가해서 지냈는데 기회된다면 호캉스 예정이라면 꼭 추가하길 바랍니다 근데 체크인후 룸사용시 룸과 화장실 중간 슬라이드 문 고장으로 인해서 조치를 취하는데 대응이 적절하지 않게 느껴졌어요 오후 늦게 8시 넘어 체크인하고 피곤한상태로 씻으려구하다가 고장발견하고 얘기한건데 10~20분 수리해도 되지 않으면 빨리 룸교체 해주는게 맞다고 봐요 계속 수리팀은 수리하려구 하는데 되지도 않고 짐도 다 못풀고 씻지도 못하고 피곤한데 시간은 한시간 가량 흐르고 제가 요청해서 룸교체를 받아서 그제서야 쉴수있게되었는데 그런일이 생기면 신속하게 대응해주시길 바랍니다 레이트체크아웃 2시간 요청해서 받았지만 조금은 아쉬운점이 남아 남겨요 그외 조식이며 룸상태며 수영장. 클럽라운지 모두 만족스러워요“

„早朝便なので利用しました以前利用してよかったので2回目です空港から近く大きな通りには面していませんが、送迎してくれるので特に問題ありません部屋も広く清潔ですエレベーターはありません通りから奥に入っているのでとても静かです“

„Had an amazing time on this cruise! The staff were so welcoming and the food was delicious. The rooms were also gorgeous, and I especially loved the super comfy beds and working AC. My balcony was beautiful with so many views of the bay. “
