"I recently stayed at Hotel du lac signature, a newly opened property in Hanoi’s Old Town, and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The check-in process was very smooth, including an airport-transfer offer via mail in advance, and the staff were exceptionally attentive, polite, and courteous. They truly made me feel like a valued guest at all times. What stood out most was the consistently high level of guest recognition—several team members greeted us by name, which felt genuinely warm and personalized. Special thanks to manager Thomas and his team for their thoughtful care. The hotel’s location is central in the Old Town, with easy access to the "Silk-Road" and a wide array of dining options within walking distance. The iconic "Train Street" is also nearby, adding to the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood. Please note that the rooftop terrace and the second bar were not yet open at the time of our stay, but renderings suggest an exciting additional experience once they debut.
