„I enjoyed my stay. The unit had great views of the ocean and Tetakawi. The property was clean and well stocked with tenant directions well marked. The only inconsistency was the differences between the welcome e-mail and direct communication with the owner. Letter stated 1 pm checkout, the owner messaged me with a noon check out. The security was great and I enjoyed the keyless entry. There were other minor inconsistencies, but nothing that would prohibit me from discouraging anyone.There is ...

„Great house in a great location. Owner was very easy to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We had so much fun we rebooked for Memorial Day!“

„We had a wonderful stay at Casa Gio!We had 3 families with 12 people and the house was perfect for us all to have space but also be together.The beach just across the road was great for our kids ages 4-12. The pool was not heated and it wasn’t really warm enough for us to swim in it during our stay but we found lots of other fun things to do. The host was so friendly and great at answering all our questions. We would definitely stay here again in the future!“

The only concern was the party going on just off the HOA property with very loud spring break music. Since it was off property there was nothing we could do about it.
