The only negative was the Texas heat outside, but hey, it's Texas in the summer. The cabin was sufficently cool and very comfortable. the kids loved the loft area! It is decorated so adorable and everything you need for a comfortable stay is furnished, along with some special extras! We want to visit again ...

We were greeted by cows and donkeys, caught a couple of catfish and several bass, and enjoyed watching birds and squirrels from the rocking chairs on the front porch. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Owners are a lovely couple that stopped by as we left to see how everything went. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quiet getaway and are already planning a return trip in fall.“
