One Happy Island! Beachfront 1 BR condo Divi Phoenix

WE LOVE Aruba and the Divi Phoenix! Unfortunately we can’t use our week this year after 14 consecutive years. This unit is available week 16, April 22-29, 2023 only. This listing is for renting of the entire week. This is a fixed unit week, room 1302, 1 BR/ 1.5 bath, in the tallest tower in the pic, one floor from the top on the left side of the building, a double balcony unit, big enough to eat on, not just stand on (the 2 middle balconies), with expansive and unobstructed views of the water and beaches and the lighthouse in the distance at the tip of the island. The water is warm, the breeze keeps the sun’s heat at bay, and you won’t want to leave (we never do). Full disclosure: there is an unavoidable “hidden” cost-not hidden because we’re telling you-of about 200 dollars for the week of mandatory resort fees and “environmental” fees and are paid by the party that is staying upon check-out (which is why we can't pay it and "roll" it into the total cost). Some of these pics are mine and some are stock pics from the Divi Phoenix website and the internet. We don't really have interior pics of the unit because we weren't anticipating renting it and didn't take pics for rental last year, and our kids are central in most of our pics. Interior decor is standard throughout the resort, go to the divi website. The balcony breakfast pic is the actual view.
