We would like to invite you to our luxurious holiday villa. This brand new villa was recently built in 2023. Have you and your family, friends or loved one become interested yet? Then read on and be one of the first to enjoy the ultimate holiday on the beautiful Caribbean island of Aruba.

What makes this villa unique is its modern character with an Aruban appearance. The spectacular garden with a large swimming pool with several seating areas has an unobstructed view of nature. The villa has three bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom has an adjacent bathroom. In addition, the villa has a second bathroom, toilet, a modern kitchen with cooking island and a spacious living room with high ceilings.

Aruba is a tropical destination with a lot to offer. To start with, of course, the sun. But also nature, for example the Arikok National Park, various hiking trails, unspoilt nature and water sports such as wind and kite surfing.

This villa has all the amenities needed for a relaxing holiday. In addition to the spacious swimming pool to cool off in, the garden also has an outdoor shower and there are several shaded areas to enjoy the view, or to simply disconnect and unwind.

Inside, the villa has an air conditioner in the living room and in each bedroom. There is a 65' TV with a wide range of channels and sports channels (American and Dutch). The villa also has WIFI, making it ideal for working or streaming. The villa has 110V and 220V sockets.

The villa is located in a residential area in the North region, so you are not bothered by through traffic. Within 1 minute by car you are on the main road, from there you can drive to the following spots:
-Palm beach (5min)
-Eagle beach (5 min)
-Restaurants and entertainment venues (6min)
-Do it center - supermarket (1min)
-Oranjestad (5min)
-Northernmost point of the island (15min)
-Baby beach (30 minutes).
