Centrally located to the beach, restaurants in Palm Beach, shopping, golfcourses, padel, dining & going out in Palm Beach Plaza mall and mega cinema Gloria with VIP seats & dining. Enjoy comfort in a fully luxuriously equipped villa, with all conveniences and completely unburdened, including cleaning before and after your stay.

Comfortable parking on private property partly covered (carport). Ground floor villa with ground floor terrace, fully wheelchair accessible. Master bedroom & bathroom in private wing with designer sanitary ware and tiling. All bedlinen is provided. Stargazing from your bed through the skylight, view the sun through the skylight under the double shower with heated water. Designer radiators for heated towels, double sink, walk-in closet room and separate toilet.

Very spacious open living room with lounge sofa and large TV screen (86"), Apple TV and WiFi. All rooms equipped with new, individually adjustable air conditioning for an optimal climate. Energy supply largely based on solar panels.

Modern, European fully electric kitchen for all chilled drinks and preparing extensive meals. A wide range of groceries available at Super Food. Kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators, freezer, hot air oven and combi microwave, induction hob, XL dishwasher and Quooker for direct boiling water. Eat inside at the spacious dining table adjacent to the kitchen. Don't feel like cooking? We recommend various (takeaway) restaurants in the immediate vicinity or specialty restaurants that you should not miss, from truck'i pan to fine dining (see list at the bottom).

On the first floor there is an independent and comfortable guest house with its own entrance via the hall at the front door. The spacious bedroom with optimal privacy, private air conditioning, spacious closets and TV also has a full en-suite bathroom with a beautiful view and heated water in the shower.

The villa also has a side entrance, comfortable to also place the groceries in the utility room, where the washing machine is also located. The villa is cleaned after your visit, which is included in the rental price. The swimming pool is maintained once a week, so you can enjoy a carefree stay. Adjacent to the utility room is a third bedroom, with a king size bed and private access via the side door and 3rd full en-suite bathroom. The villa is equipped with an alarm for your safety.

The comfort of a luxury villa is complemented by a private swimming pool with an outdoor bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. You reach the terrace and backyard from the living room or master bedroom on the ground floor via the sliding doors. Take a seat under the spacious canopy along the entire back of the villa to enjoy the view, out of the sun and with a nice breeze. Also 2 sunbeds and 4 beachchairs available.
