„Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by an extremely dirty apartment. The entire kitchen, including dishes and floors, was extremely dirty and poorly equipped. The highlight, however, was the completely filthy sofa. the apartment is located above the fishing equipment shop on the main street to Edgartown. the kitchen was extremely poorly equipped. no tea towels, no rags, not enough glasses and so on. „Very sweet place for short-term stay. Once on the island, owner was very communicative. The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!) The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was a pair of socks from previous renter left in the bathroom, but otherwise clean! „I stayed there with my 18 yo son. The house is brand new and doesn't look like anyone has ever stayed there. The owner's are wonderful and you can't beat the location. It's 10 min to Vineyard Haven. 10 min to Oaks Bluffs and 10 min from Edgartown. This house feel like staying in a high end hotel and the interior if beautiful. I can't recommend this house enough.“
