„Highly disappointed especially paying so much for a skiing resort. From the breakfast to the sushi lunch was simply awful. Staff at Ezo restaurant cannot speak basic English and at Sisam, the female waitress served hot over a fence, not even thinking about health and safety. Lucky there was one staff member (Andy, a very pleasant and jolly lad) who asked how was our meal and saved the day, otherwise none of the staff even cared.

„From my suite and bathtub, I had a stunning mountain view. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff were cordial and polite. Although, I do wish the staff showed more Japanese culture customer service toward information and concierge services. Being at a Ritz Carlton Reserve hotel, I think the sophistication and quality of the onsen, gym, spa and in-house skiwear boutique weren't up to par. Those areas felt like I was at a Marriott hotel instead of a Ritz Carlton Reserve.“
„A beautiful stay! We booked the Suite with a view of Mt. Yotei and was blown away by the view. Absolutely stunning suite with possibly everything you would ever need from a hotel. The suite had in-unit laundry and possibly from user error, my laundry cycle didn’t drain properly and Hong from the front desk immediately came up and solved the issue. Wonderful staff, clean room, had on site parking, beautiful views.
