„Great location, easy walk to nearby restaurants, shuttle buses and supermarket. Average breakfast. Room only cleaned once in our 11 night stay and bin emptied on one other occasion. We had the same sheets for all 11 nights which I've never experienced at a hotel ever! The staff were always friendly and knowledgeable. Great to have them pick us up and drop us off to the Welcome Centre for the bus to Sapporo Airport. “

„3bedroomの部屋に3泊滞在しましたが、チェックイン時からバスルームが下水の悪臭が酷かったです。何度も部屋にメンテナンスな方が来て、何かされていましたが、結局はまた悪臭が戻るという状況。他の部屋に移動を希望したところ、案内された部屋はどこもグレードダウンの部屋だったので、結局悪臭のバスルームは滞在中使用せずに我慢しました。五つ星ホテルの値段ですが、サービスは1つ星です。ガッカリな滞在でした。“
