„This property is gorgeous , the staff and services are premium. The food is delicious. The surrounding is beautiful and amazing. If you have a car, I strongly recommend it. I like everything except the earlier afternoon shuttle service. The hotel provides free shuttle service to nearby ski resort Annupuri. It has 7:30, 8:30am shuttle to Annupuri, and 3pm pick up from Annupuri. The only way to get back to hotel is by taxi if you missed the 3pm shuttle; however, taxi is hard to find overall. If ...

„Service was excellent, rooms are Japanese style and partly newly renovated. Breakfast and restaurant is nice. The Hotel is quite old and the inside Onsen needs some renovation. Outside onsen is wonderful but many foreigners ignore rules, which is sad (eg. drink beer in onsen or women come to men’s area). For skiing the hotel is perfect and provides great value for its rates. “

„Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. „新しいホテルのため、清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。 ルームサービスはないですが、1階にあるレストランで客室からの事前オーダーでのテイクアウトができるため、それほど不便を感じませんでした。 小さな売店があり、飲み物やお菓子、地元のワインなども売っています。 15時チェックインでしたが、お部屋の用意が間に合っておらず1時間ほど待つことになりましたが、その間は温泉(サウナあり)に入って過ごすことができたので、のんびりと待つことができました。 HANAZONエリアは、これからホテルなども増える予定なのかな。お陰様で静かに過ごすことができました。“
