„Patricia was an extremely kind and accommodating host. She made sure we had everything we needed at the house. The property itself is beautiful and cozy and clean. We encountered no issues at all. „We needed an accomodation for our family of 4 which provides a washing machine and a pool. We received a text that the pool won’t be available during our stay on the same day we were checking in. The reception lady called her boss and we were told that all infos were available on the website, as well as shared to the booking platforms. Neither was true. „The property was in excellent condition, with all utilities of a high standard. All communication prior to and after arrival were first class. The check-in procedure was clear and simple and without any problems. The location was very good for us, reasonably close to the main attractions, with public transport nearby if required. There are also shops nearby for groceries etc if required. Overall, the apartment contributed greatly to a lovely stay in New Orleans“

„Tolles Apartment mit viel Raum und sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Lage sehr gut - mit dem Streetcar ist man schnell im Garden District und im French Suarter. Private parking war auch mit einem grossen Wagoneer kein Problem. Pool ist klein aber nett gemacht. “

„I stayed in room 1111 and was very excited. The apartment is huge, and bright and offers comfortable equipment (including an iron, washer, dryer, and many kitchen appliances). The only small minuses: it is quite noisy and the Wi-Fi is very slow (movies can not be streamed).“

"The hotel is located in the center of the French quarter. But is very quiet and safe. Close to the main spots to visit. If you look after something historical but high class and quality - this is the place. The guys at the front door and reception were very friendly and helpful. But a big compliment goes to Roy - the concierge. He provided us with many hints (not only for New Orleans, but also for our road trip). With his help we organized two tours (city bus tour and the Whitney Plantation). If you stay at this hotel, definitely ask Roy for advices! "

"La position de l'hôtel est parfaite dans le quartier français et il y a un service voiturier. En revanche, le prix des chambres est élevé, comme le parking, et la chambre était bruyante, il y avait un bruit de machine sourd en continu. Personnellement, cela m'a obligé à dormir avec des protections auriculaires. En plus, le petit-déjeuner n'est pas compris dans le prix de la chambre. A cause de ces simples faits, il est clair que je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel. Le minimum est de pouvoir passer une nuit au calme, ce qui n'est pas le cas."
