„Die gebuchte Abholung am Flughafen dürfe für den Preis mit besseren Fahrzeugen erfolgen. Wir sind totsl müde mitten in der Nacht angekommen und das Check-in für 7 Personen ging dann geschlagene 45 Minuten. Obschon Zimmer bereits hier bezahlt und alle Angaben zu den Personen im Vorfeld auch bereits hier gemacht wurden. “

„Was really large and clean “

„Kann man nicht nachts schlafen wegen Hunden 🐕 Straßen. “

„A very nice, exceptionally clean hotel! Everything felt fresh and well cared for, making it a pleasant place to stay. Ammar, the reception manager, was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. I really enjoyed my visit and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming hotel.“

„Very disappointing and poor handling of problems We stayed for three nights. During the second day, the water was shut off for more than a full day. Til the next day... We could not shower. We could not use the taps. We could not even flush the toilet. My mother had to go downstairs and ask what was going on. We were told that a pipe had broken. Nobody informed us before we asked. Nobody offered us another room or any other solution. We also called Omar, who was supposed to be responsible. ...

„Tye staff are friendly and cooperative “

„Impeccable, one of our most pleasant hotel experiences in Egypt. The staff is so friendly and attentive, the restaurant delicious, the garden wonderful. Cannot say more. An overall amazing stay.“

„Perfect otel thank you “

„The location is excellent- one can walk to the Egyptian Museum and it is only a 3 minute walk to a lovely coffee bar. The staff are excellent and the breakfast was very good, eggs, fruit, cheese, bread etc. The room was not only large but very clean. The hotel arranged my day trip to Alexandria and its execution was flawless . I also recommend having the hotel to have a driver meet you at the airport and whilst there was some confusion, using What’s App easily resolved the problem.“

„The property is very pretty with great rooms. It's also very clean and the personnel is super friendly. “

„I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Its location is excellent, for me, it is clean with nice furniture. However, the check-out procedure is strange , the keep guests waiting until some one goes up to check the room and gives clearance to to the receptionist to release the guest with a written paper to the security at the exit door !!!“
