„We had nice stay, the onsen is amazing and the food definitely interesting! “

„Lovely property and a very relaxing environment. Rooms well appointed and the restaurant for dinner was delicious. The site had a very nice shop for practical items, as well as gifts. Location is right on the lake and near the local attractions. Room and package description could have been clearer, as well as more clarity on check-in time restrictions. Despite trying to contact the property well in advance of my stay - I only heard back from them on the day of arrival. Better communication ...

„Everything was really nice especially the shuttle service, but unfortunately we had a firealarm for no apparent reason.“

„Fantastic hotel with fantastic service! Our room with the semi-open air barh was wonderful, and the private onsen was lovely. The food was spectacular! We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back!“

„The owner is lovely and very helpful - although we are fans of Japanese food, we enjoyed the (Western) breakfast (which had to be ordered every day in advance) and the owner was helpful in giving advice and tips for Nikko's many attractions and for places to eat nearby. “

„Solides Preis-Leistungsverhältnis; für den Preis in Ordnung. “

„The first thing to say is that this hotel is a bit of a walk from the Tobu-Nikko station and probably is better suited to people arriving by car. The second thing to say is that they have a bit of an annoying guest registration where you have to enter a lot of information on a tablet computer, even if you entered it already while booking. But what was so great here was that the room felt really luxurious, the own little onsen bathtub was suprisingly popular with us and we really loved it. The ...
