The Space:
Sealbird is a bright and spacious apartment. The living room, kitchen and dining area are one space. A wonderful open place to relax with your loved ones, decorated in a cozy and homey atmosphere. From these areas you have a view of the spacious terrace. The ideal place in the apartment during a hot summer day.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. This so you can fully enjoy your stay.

There are two bedrooms in Sealbird. The master bedroom is a room with a double bed, bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom is ideal for children and teenagers and has a bunk bed. Both bedrooms come with bed linen to ensure a great night's sleep.

In the family bathroom you will find a spacious bathtub, toilet and double sink.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
