„I stayed at Nakanku Lodge from mid January to mid February 2024 accompanied by my little Maltese dog, Lulu. Everything was wonderful! The tropical garden setting was beautiful. I loved the pool and easy proximity to beaches. The outdoor kitchen was so fun as it generated opportunities for community and conversations with other guests. Gary was a super host! Hope to return next winter! Pura vida!“

„Situated in the mountains, the house is on a 25 hectare teak farm. The hosts were gracious and kind, he helped with our car and took us to the magical waterfall swim hole near by. The house itself is beautiful and can be totally great, our only wish was that felt a little more lived in. No books, no extra towels, no salt, no tea kettle - we hit by five but it could use a few more basics for the price — ultimately our stay was comfortable and nice. „Our host Jason went out of his way to ensure we had a good stay at his place. We had support in getting to use a local pool, with groceries and transportation to our next location to mention a few. If you need local insights and super hospitality then go with Jason. The location is in a quiet local neighbourhood and it feels safe to have kids running around outside.
