„The entire property was fantastic. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. The unit we were given was perfect, lots of space for 4 people and the full kitchen was well used. Having the pools onsite and spread around the property was a great touch and all other owners/guests that we met were very helpful and friendly!“

„Fabulous layout of the space, well furnished and decorated. 2-minute walk to the beach. Having a pool was a very nice amenity as well. We loved it! We did have a minor issue with the TV and dishwasher, but we contacted Gustavo and he came over right away and took care of it for us. Thank you for the great experience!“

„My husband and I stayed at this condo for 3 nights after leaving from a work trip in Playa Conchal. The unit is a few steps up from the parking lot, a flight of stairs above the pool. The complex has some owned occupied units and some rentals. I think there are 20 total. It’s a very spacious unit with high ceilings, a wonderful deck, beautiful views, a comfortable bed and well stocked. The photos only show the master bedroom and bath. „Potrero is our go to spot and this accommodation is the best so far. The property manager Arturo was there to meet us at check-in and was always available whenever we had questions. The unit had everything we needed but was also within walking distance of all of the best restaurants. The added bonus of being able to step out on the beach in the morning was the highlight of the stay. “

„The casita we had was perfect for my 12 yo son and myself, giving us each a place to sleep and a nice sized kitchen and bath. The real MVP was the outdoor shower as we found ourselves in the water/sand continually and it saved our floors from being covered inside! The location is impeccable....steps away from the beach and Celeste Bar/restaurant. We heard waves crashing from bed... The entire staff was next level. „Wi--Fi was great. AC was good, although the AC in the bedroom did leak onto the floor. About half the time we could park in the lot, the rest of the time had to park on the street, though that was not a problem. Plenty of beach towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool just outside front door was always clean and refreshing.“
