Two-room apartment in a quiet villa

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa located in a dead-end street in a residential area. It is less than a kilometer from the city center and three kilometers from the beaches. It has a space reserved for our guests in a green setting, with a private pergola.

The apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. It is furnished and equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet and free parking provided on the street. No noise at night.

It is suitable for two adults, possibly accompanied by one or two children who will sleep in the sofa bed of the living room.

The price is decreasing from one week of rental.


Cagnes sur Mer is the center of visits to natural environments with the hinterland (middle mountain and the Mercantour with its peaks at more than 3000meters), but also visits to cities with historical and artistic pasts such as Nice, Antibes, Biot, Grasse, Juan les Pins, Menton, Monaco, etc.
Italy is about forty kilometers away.
