Located just a few steps from Place Massena, Nice Étoile et avenue Jean Médecin and 5min from the Old City and the Coulée Verte park, this peaceful place will supply you with all you need for a great vacation in Nice.
In the bedroom : a double bed 160x200cm, few closets, AC, linen.
In the leaving room : a sofa bed 140x190cm, large smart TV, dining area, an workplace corner and a fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine, dishwasher etc.

A 2 room 40m² apartment :
In the bedroom : double bed 160x200cm, AC, closets
In the living room : sofa bed 140x190cm, Smart TV, workplace,dining table.
Kitchen : laundry machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, hot plates, refrigerator, coffee machine (Nesscafe).
Bathroom : toilet, shower, dry towel (heating), hair dryer.
To access the apartment there`s a dozen of stairs to mount inside the location.
The height of the ceiling is lower the standard (2.05m). That shouldn`t be a problem, unless you`re higher than 1.9m.

The apartment is located in the very center of Nice. 5min walking distance from the most popular shopping mall, Nice Étoile, 3min walk from the central square of Nice, Place Massena and the pedestrian zone of Rue Massena, so naturally you can find just about anything you need around the location.
If you`re interested in some shopping, Galleries Lafayette which is just around the corner, might be a place to discover.
The old Nice might be one of the highest of your visit with it`s market, galleries, shops, restaurants and night life. Few minutes walk and you`re there.
For kids, but not only : La Coulée Verte that spreads between the city center and the old Nice would be an excellent choice for a spontaneous picnic, some physical activity or just to wonder throughout this park that meets the Promenade des anglais in it`s southern side.

If you`re choosing to stay in our apartment, you don`t really need to use any public transport in order to visit the main sites of Nice. Most of attractions in the city center are in a walking distance from the apartment.
The tramway (Jean Médecin station, 5 minutes walk) will take you to the train station (1 stop ride north or 13 minutes walk), if you wish to visit Antibes, Cannes, Marseille or maybe Italy, Menton, Monaco.
And another option would be to rent a car in one of the several rental car agencies near by
