TrÚs agréable

Nous avons passĂ© 15 jours merveilleux en famille dans la quiĂ©tude de cette villa confortable et pleine de charme. Tout Ă©tait rĂ©uni pour un sĂ©jour de qualitĂ© : les Ă©quipements, la piscine privĂ©e trĂšs bien agencĂ©e et surtout la gentillesse et la discrĂ©tion du propriĂ©taire qui vit sur place (dans une autre partie de cette grande demeure). La villa situĂ©e sur les hauteurs de Saint Paul jouit d’un emplacement privilĂ©giĂ© au calme mais Ă  proximitĂ© de tous les commerces et boutiques de polygone Riviera magnifique centre commercial en plein air! Sans oublier le pittoresque village d’Artistes de Saint Paul de Vence, les Plages, casinos et restaurants... A noter qu’il faut avoir une voiture! Nous recommandons vivement le Clos des cyprĂšs oĂč nous nous sommes sentis « Chez nous » Merci encore Ă  Éric

Horrendous experience... AVOID

Booked this “villa” and paid a lot of money only to find it isn’t a villa at all. It’s a small annex and part of the owners own house. Most of what you see in the picture is the owners house. The owner has a clear view into the annex and there are no curtains on the ground floor. It hasn’t been “recently refurbished” at all. It’s like a building site. Bare rough concrete on the floors and bare plaster on the walls. The pool has to be shared with the owners son. The WiFi only works by the front door as the box is in the owners house. The ground floor door doesn’t lock so the property in insecure. There is NO parking. I had to park around the corner in a public car park. The list is endless... I recommend you AVOID THIS PROPERTY. We left the property the following morning and rented a PRIVATE villa which we couldn’t afford but didn’t want to stay there any longer. I also question the previous feedback, especially as 2 of the comments were made on exactly the same day.

Nice place, nice people :)

We stayed here in July 2018. We had a wonderful time. The pool is private and good fun for kids and adults. There is room for 6 persons to sleep. I would recommend this house. You should have a car if you need to get around, but that is the same no mather where you live in this area. The owner is frendly and helpful if needed. Regards, Kenneth.
