„Es un lugar limpio, si andas buscando tranquilidad este es el lugar adecuado para ti, no tienen cocina, pero si tienen un menu y te traen la comida de otro local. Pero si eres de los que solo llegaran a dormir y disfrutar de la laguna y las instalaciones es tu lugar indicado, hay muchas opciones fuera del hotel para comer o hacer otras actividades y muchas ciudades turisticas a menos de 30 minutos manejando.“

„We had a great time at Casa Faro! The casa and the views are both beautiful. It was immaculately clean (altho keep in mind you are in the tropics and bugs will always find a way in!) and well furnished. Check in with Gabriel was seamless once we found the house. It was a little tricky to find which house it was as we arrived in the dark (due to a flight delay) and during a big storm. Gabriel still met us with a smile on his face tho! „Me and ny 3 kids had best time, my love it, they want to stay longer which is hopefully next will definitely stay longer oh yes the most i love about is its so peaceful, i enjoy a lot listening sounds of the ocean 😌 and also we enjoyed Doña Dolores ( the lady who works there ) she is amazing and she those cook a good meal for Us everyday, we love her. "Had to stay here due to an injury and was glad to be able to have an accessible room and a wheelchair. Comfy bed, great breakfast. Free coffee in the lobby. Amazing food court right next to the hotel was concenient as there is no food other than breakfast in the hotel. Hotel and the rooms are a bit dated and could use an upgrade and replacement of the carpet. "

"Der Mann an der Rezeption war extrem unhöflich und wollte mir nucht das gebuchte Zimmer mit 2 getrennten Betten geben, ich brauchte dafür einige Zeit ihn zu überzeugen. Die Aufmerksamkeit der Bedienungen ist nicht immer gegeben. Die Musik am Pool ist extrem laut, an relaxen und ausruhen ist da nicht zu denken. Der Speisesaal ist sehr kalt. Das Frühstücksbuffet läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Gut ist die Nähe zum Airport ( genau gegenüber) der Shuttlebus zum Airport, da dort gerade Erdbewegungen im Gange sind."
