Welcome to our family's beach house in Giants Neck Heights, Niantic. My wife spent her childhood summers in this exact home, and we bought it back and fully remodeled it while keeping the charm her grandfather helped build, like the original stone front steps and fireplace.

It's half a mile to the neighborhood's private beach, which has parking and a drop-off area. The community playground, basketball and tennis courts, and bocce courts are just steps away, and the Niantic boardwalk, with its shops and restaurants, is a 10-minute drive.

Inside, there's room for two families or a group of up to 9:
- 4 bedrooms: a king, two queens, and a bunk room with a twin bunk bed and a twin futon
- 3 full baths and a half bath
- A brand-new kitchen, plus a separate kitchenette with a coffee and wet bar
- A large dining area and two living areas
- A game room with air hockey, darts, poker, and putt-putt

Outside, there's a new back patio with a grill and outdoor seating, and two freshly paved driveways with plenty of off-street parking. Fast Wi-Fi (500+ Mbps), air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a desk make longer stays easy too.
