„We are a family of 4, our children are 13 and 5. We loved that everyone had their own room. Our 5 year old still takes baths and there wasn’t a stopper for the tub so he couldn’t take a bath- the shower head wasn’t very high pressure but it was fine. The place was very well kept and close to everywhere we wanted to visit while in Buffalo. The house is definitely old but very clean and warm. „If you’re expecting a cabin in the woods or private mansion in the suburbs, you’re going to have a bad time. This was a very nice three bedroom apartment to bring your family to, this really is a diamond in the rough. It’s a converted house with some small annoyances but nothing that we’d rate lower for. „This property is minutes away from Niagara Falls State Park which was our whole point of being in the area. Everything was as it appears on the listing, the property was clean and check in/out was seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only reason for 4 stars is the neighborhood was kind of “iffy”, but we knew that going in from previous reviews. We had a great time and very memorable trip. “
