„I already rated this gentleman who was AWESOME!!! Beautiful clean wonderful place and now I know why they call it Cozy because it is. He had coffee, tea and so much available for me and my friend. I love this place and would go back and would recommend it. Its 10 minutes from the main strip of the falls..lundy's lane. This is a quaint Victorian home.. I'd give it a 20 plus if I could.“

„The sofa bed was too soft and my friend has a hard time to sleep through the night. The washroom was not clean and there was a mole along the edge of the shower which was quite disgusting.“

„Room was great. Disappointed with part of breakfast. We look forward to the cinnamon rolls Holiday Inn Express is famous for but, they didnt have them. They had these horrible 2 bite one's that looked like they could have bought at walmart. Also eggs were cold.“

„Excellent location, with Rainbow Bridge and Niagara Falls reachable in 15-20 mins on foot. Also bus stop just outside of accommodation with direct transfer to downtown Niagara Falls. Great breakfast at 9am. Slow internet in annex of building, sometimes not available at all. Request by owner to check-out by 10.30am shared with short lead time, when the booking confirmation showed check-out time of 11am. “
