3 large bedrooms, each having their own full, ensuite bathroom

Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 Bunk Bed (double on bottom, single on top) and 1 Toddler Bed.

Towels and linens provided.



**The basement level of the home is a fully separate, self-contained unit with its own private entrance. This space is primarily used for storage, and the owner may be on-site from time to time.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the main and upper levels of the home, including the private upper backyard deck and hot tub. The layout is designed to ensure privacy, and in most cases, it will feel as though you have the entire property to yourselves.

Refunds are issued according to our cancellation policy only. Any processing fees charged by our payment processing provider are non-refundable.



HOUSE RULES:

Unfortunately, we can not accommodate service dogs, due to allergies.

No unauthorized guests allowed. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.

Absolutely no parties or loud music. Outdoor noise but be kept to a reasonable volume in respect of our neighbours at all times.

Quiet hours in effect between 10pm-7am. No hot tub use past 10pm.

Guests must adhere to Niagara-on-the-Lake's bylaws.

Unauthorized late check out fees apply.

Charges apply when house rules are broken.

Deposit:

A $500 pre-authorized hold will be placed on your credit card a few days before check-out for incidentals. This is not a charge—just a temporary hold—and it will be automatically released within a few days after your stay, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
