Welcome to the Gray Goose, a spacious and beautifully decorated early 20th-century home designed to accommodate up to 10 guests. This restored property from the Niagara Wanderlusting collection offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.

• Kitchen: A clean, modern kitchen featuring bright white cabinets is fully equipped for your stay.
• Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
• Sleeping Arrangements: 3 queen beds, 2 full beds, 2 twin beds.
• Bedroom Layout: Please note that Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 are connected; you must walk through Bedroom 2 to access Bedroom 3.
• First-Floor Convenience: One bedroom and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower are conveniently located on the main floor.
• Family-Friendly: For those traveling with little ones, a crib is also available for your use.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire Gray Goose home. This includes all interior spaces and private outdoor areas, such as a cozy sitting area by the side entrance and a spacious, grassy backyard.

Please note that the crushed stone area, which includes picnic tables and a park-style grill, is a shared common space available for use by guests of all three adjacent vacation homes.

Getting around couldn’t be easier from this centrally located property. We offer free on-site parking, so you’ll always have a convenient place to leave your vehicle during your stay.
One of the biggest advantages of this location is how walkable it is. You’re just a short, easy walk to Niagara Falls State Park, where you can experience the Falls, scenic trails, and major attractions.
With many restaurants, shops, and local highlights nearby, you can comfortably explore the area on foot without needing to drive.

• Guest & Vehicle Registration: The City of Niagara Falls requires a guest register with the names and ages of all guests (including children and infants).
• Provided Amenities: We provide free Wi-Fi, free parking, linens (sheets, blankets, 1 pillow per guest), and bathroom essentials (hair dryer, hand soap, 1 bath towel per guest, hand towels, wash cloths, toilet paper).
• Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, and cooking basics.
• Thermostat: For your comfort, the thermostats are preset and locked. Heat is set to 68–73°F, and Air Conditioning is set to 67–72°F. (There is Central Air and additional A/C Unit on 2nd floor to ensure comfort)
• Check-in: Please do not arrive before the listed check-in time. Our team needs the full window to clean, sanitize, and prepare the home for your arrival.
• Security: For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property.
