Hotel did not honor the reservation.
Credit card for guaranteeing the room did not go through. Hotel claimed it did not have means of contacting us, even though we received a message through Expedia right away to supply new payment info within 24 hours. It took us 3 hours to see the message and called right away to do that, but the hotel had already just cancelled the reservation. Front desk and GM extremely impolite. truth is they were overbooked and did not even care if they could reach us. Never again!
