Other Things to Note:

The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning and disinfection after each check-out.



There is a strict NO Smoking and No Party policy at our Airbnb. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively.



QUIET HOURS are between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. Please keep your noise levels low during these times.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee, as outlined in our house rules below. We charge $69 per night per pet, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.



We always provide basic amenities as a starter pack, including hand soap, toilet paper, towels, etc. However, for long-stay bookings, any further supplies will need to be purchased by the guest. Please note that our amenities are available to all our guests unless they are closed due to maintenance.



You will find a security camera outside the apartment door on the lockpad for security purposes. Please note the camera does not capture any footage inside the unit. If you're bringing an additional guest or if any unauthorized person will be staying in the unit, there is a fee of $50 per night per additional guest.



Late checkouts are subject to availability, unauthorized late checkout will result in $100/hour.



Please note that we do provide a BBQ grill for your use. However, we do not supply propane gas cylinders/tank. You are welcome to bring your own, or we can provide them for you upon request, just let us know in advance. Please be aware that an additional charge applies if we supply the propane gas/tank or charcoal. Once provided, the cylinder/tank will be yours to keep and take with you.



There is a basement unit which is separate and has separate access and is not accessible to the guests during their stay and there might be someone living there.
