Two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and free parking. Perfect for families and groups.



The Space:

aCasa Bellavista is the lower floor of the house (the upper floor is a separate unit).



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (up to 10 guests):

- Queen Bedroom 1 - private room with door, 1 queen bed

- Queen Bedroom 2 - private room with door, 1 queen bed

- Open King Area 1 - 1 king bed, open area with a movable partition wall (no door)

- Open King Area 2 - 1 king bed, open area with a movable partition wall (no door)

- Living room - sofa bed for 2



Please note: the two king areas are NOT private bedrooms. They do not have doors and are separated by partition walls. Please plan your sleeping arrangements with this in mind.

Guest Access:

Guests have the entire lower floor and free parking. Self check-in with a door code, sent at 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.



The Neighborhood:

Located directly across from the Aquarium of Niagara and within walking distance of Niagara Falls State Park, the Rainbow Bridge, restaurants, shops and the main attractions of Niagara Falls, NY.



Getting Around:

Most attractions are within walking distance. Free parking is available at the property.



Other Things to Note:

The upper floor is a separate unit with its own guests. No parties or events. No smoking inside. Please respect quiet hours for our neighbours.
