„We stayed a few days after a big storm so some facilities like the big pool were flooded. The unit we stayed in was mostly clean but sparse (i.e. 2 towels for 4 people) and there were insufficient bed linens. I was informed guests often bring their own linens; however, I shouldn't have to fly across the country with bedding for 4 people, that just doesn't make sense. During the stay someone alerted the owner (offsite) that we were 4 adults instead of 2 adults and 2 kids (14,16) so we were ...

„Overall the property was very enjoyable. The beachfront aspect was definitely a plus both at sunrise and sunset. Amazing campfires on the beach and beautiful skies above. The property itself was in fairly good condition, a little bit of bubbling on the vinyl flooring but nothing noticeable to the eye. The beds were comfortable and the pull out couch worked great for my party of 6! No sleeping complaints. Overall a very enjoyable place to stay.“

„This was a great family gateway that made us all remember and think of our caribbean beaches back in Venezuela. Kudos to Tom and all the staff for their amazing customer service and attention to details. They were all very friendly and helpful to make our stay better. The only draw back is that the units don't have A/c unit and it was very very hot during the night even with all fans turned on. Tom mentioned they were working on that, and hopefully it'll be addressed for next summer.“

Staff that clearly love their jobs and take pride in customer care. They check in regularly to see if you need anything from collecting your garbage to helping you set your fire in the evening. "Tolle Lage. Man kann wunderbar zu Fuß zu den Niagara Fällen gehen(etwa 10-12 Minuten). Zu Clifton Hill mit Riesenrad, Dino-Minigolf, Kartbahn und vielen Restaurants sind es rund 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Einzig das Parken war mit 35$ pro Nacht sehr teuer. Direkt nebenan hätte man für 5$ und 10$ auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen parken können (Reisezeit war bei uns Ende Mai) Der Whirlpool im Außenbereich war super und konnte kostenfrei genutzt werden. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt."
