Hotels Newtonsville

„I called ahead of time to ensure late check in, they said they would check me in early and note that I won’t actually be arriving until later. I came in the next day and they said the reservation had been canceled because I was checking in too late and I have to “take it up with expedia.” However, I had stayed at this same location and checked in late at the same time the week before and there was no issues. They made a mistake this time and then told me there was nothing they could do about it ...

„Positive: great breakfast with a very big choice, very good service at the desk, rooms are renovated and set up well Negative: The rooms were cleaned very lately, the fitness studio was very small“

„Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. My only issue was the room didn't have a microwave.“

„overall was satisfactory“

„Really nice front desk.“

„Nothing except the restaurant was open over the weekend. Not very convenient.“

„Beds were comfortable, the room was not the most up kept carpet pulling up in the corners. Breakfast was pitiful but there a good Dunkin Donuts nearby!“

„Banger for the buck! Hotel is brand new, interior is modern, feels like a luxurious stay. We got a huge suite w/ kitchen on the base level. God the sleep was THAT good.“

„The girl at the front desk was very, very cute. I'd like to give her a massage in the hot tub.“
