„House was very clean and well maintained. Communication was clear and detailed and host answered questions quickly. We had four adults over 40 years old and having the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen was perfect. The location is awesome to get to Newport quickly for events and to do local events in Middletown and Portsmouth. We enjoyed our time and would definitely book this location again with our family. „Excellent in every way. Perfect location on quiet street but walking distance to Second Beach. Very clean, well stocked rental with every comfort you could want or need. Fire pit a huge plus. Downstairs man cave a nice feature. Enormous, well stocked kitchen with giant windows. Nice back yard. Excellent communication with owner. A/C worked well.
