- This is a 100% smoke-free property (including vaping). Evidence of smoking will result in a $1000 cleaning fee
- Pets are not allowed
- Exterior security cameras monitor entry points for safety. Noise monitoring devices are installed inside (they do not record conversations) and only measure decibel levels
- Please treat the home with care. Excessive mess, stains, or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair fees
- Park only in the assigned garage space

Guests assume full responsibility for themselves and anyone they invite onto the property. The owners are also not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings or valuables.
