"Sehr schönes Hotel, tolle Lage zur Balboa Bay-Seite. Gute Zimmergröße mit Balkon, großes Bad. Möbel schon etwas „abgewohnt“, man ist aber schon dabei, die Zimmer zu renovieren. Restaurant und Coffeeshop sehr gut. Pool in Ordnung. Das eigentlich sehr nette und bemühte Personal schafft es nicht, die allnächtliche Musikbeschallung des Hotels abzuschalten. Schlaf in der Folge nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern möglich. Schade. Trotz sehr schöner Lage und Newport Beach-Faktor etwas zu teuer."

"Parkservice sehr teuer. Lange wWartezeiten am Abend um reinzufahren. Externe Gäste müsste man von Hotelgäste trennen. Personal an der Reception eher auf der arroganteren Seite. Lage aber top."
