„House was clean and very good communication with owners. I put 4 stars only because there was only one television which some families might not mind but was t a deal breaker we bought one and made it work. Also only window unit which is not shown in the photos so it was really cold in the front of the home vs. bedrooms but again not a deal breaker. Beautiful nature outside rabbits woodchuck birds raccoon & skunk!!! very convenient location close to grocery not far from restaurants, etc.“

„Our stay came after an 18" snowfall and near 0F cold in historic Collinsville, so we were concerned about our late arrival, parking, safe walkways and a warm home. What we found were shovelled and treated walkways, a freshly plowed parking space, lights and heat on and a lovely home on the banks of the frozen Farmington River. „We do not drop poor reviews lightly. We rented a two unit house for 5 nights for 3,000. Out confirmation said we would have the place to ourselves. Instead, we had noisy construction crews on site, without any warning. When we complained and specifically asked that no one be on site for the remainder of our stay, the host agreed.
