'Oxford' A spacious Haven for City, Coast or Countryside
Oxford is a stylish and modern 3 bedroomed town house, perfectly positioned in the suburbs of Newcastle giving access to the City, Coast and Countryside abound. The Tyne & Wear Metro is a 5 minute walk away and will get you into Newcastle in 10 Minutes or to the Coast in 20 mins.
'Oxford' is ideally positioned for access to Newcastle City Centre, Newcastle or Northumbria Universities, the Freeman & RVI Hospitals, Gosforth Race course or the Quayside. All major routes (A1; A189 & A19) are on the doorstep.
If you are looking to enjoy the vibrant city of Newcastle then Oxford is the ideal place to stay - public transport is all within a couple of minutes walk and will put you right in the heart of the City.
We have a small array of local shops within 5 minutes walk. For the steak lovers amongst us we have a Miller & Carter Steakhouse 2 miles away and we have a lovely Turkish restaurant a 10 minute walk away.
Our house is spacious and comfortable offering a nice lounge with smart TV; a separate dining area and a lovely fitted kitchen with Auto washing machine, dishwasher , fridge freezer and microwave. We have equipped the kitchen with useful utensils and equipment should you wish to cook.
We have a lovely rear garden with table and chairs for the 'Al Fresco' dining moment during summer.
The Master Bedroom has a shower ensuite and is at the rear of the property. At the Front we have a Double bedroom and a single bedroom. The family bathroom has an over the bath shower. There is a downstairs wc & cloakroom as you enter the hallway.
Our first guests were 'delighted' with the standard of accommodation and booked repeat to stay...we hope that future guests will do the same
