Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Spacious light filled property in a peaceful edge of small town setting. Good for our family party of 7 -all adult size.
Our assessment was mostly positive: we would stay there again.
BUT:
It doesn’t quite get a ‘best buy ‘ rating for its considerable price.
Kerrangarth needs some ‘tlc’; a project manager who really cares: get the hot water system working properly ( shower temperatures were unpredictable); have a proper set of crockery, cutlery etc not the present mish mash; renew soggy matresses; put in n e w led bulbs; put a storage unit in the ground floor bedroom; paint the peeling exterior of the house.
And there should be safety notices in the upstairs ( loft space) bedrooms about how best to exit in case of fire.
All these issues could be resolved quite cheaply- transforming Kerrangarth into a truly excellent premium property.
One point on access to the property: The final approach on The Stanners is narrow twisting Cand sometimes quite busy; the entrance to the house is easily missed ( indistinct name engraved on stone).
