„We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. „If you are going to Newcastle, just book this place. Its 5 min walk from the station and so central for the nightlife. Great pub underneath and food options everywhere. The apartment was clean and well laid out, the communication from Gary was spot on. Dont think, just book it.“

"Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel. Gute Lage mit Parkplatz. Was uns störte war, dass man als Hotelgäste nicht bevorzugt in die Rooftop Bar konnte!! Ohne Reservierung, EINE!!! Stunde warten!!"

"On m’a d’abord attribué une chambre où le chauffage ne marchait pas. Il y avait déjà un petit chauffage d’appoint! J’ai dit que le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, alors on m’a proposé rajouter d’autres petits chauffages. J’ai demandé à être changé de chambre! Mérite un meilleur service et un rafraîchissement, je m’attends clairement à une autre qualité de la part d’un hôtel d’une chaîne mariott bonvoy! "

"Das Hotel ist sehr alt und hat daher alle altersbedingte Probleme: quietschende Fussböden, Lärm von der Strasse, unvernünftig eingerichtete Zimmer und Basezimmer. Z.B. im Eingangsbereich genug Platz, aber keine Einrichtungen für Kleiderbügel oder Hocker. Der Wasserhahn ist so kurz, dass man nicht beide Hände komplett darunter waschen kann. Mein erstes Zimmer hat ganze Zeit ein komisches Geräusch, so dass ich das Zimmer wechseln muss. Die überwiegende Servicepersonen sind aber sehr nett und hilfsbereit bis auf einen als ich eincheckte. Ich war über Wochenende und Halloween da - das war vielleicht der Grund, dass der Zimmerpreis so hoch war. Es hätte höchstens halb so viel kosten sollen. "

"Again a nice stay. The accommodation is nothing very special and as most english hotels very old and has its minor issues, but still good for a short stay. Due to the old building and the location right in front of the train station it is quite loud, but fine if you know what you are up to. Pool is also nothing fancy but still nice. Staff is very friendly and professional."
