This property is the front house 5 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. There is a back house granny-flat which is rent out to other guests during your stay, It has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning through out for your comfort in summer & winter. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, close to national park, walking track, all famous Lake Macquarie beaches, conveniently walking distance to Charles Square shopping centre, suitable for workers, family, business and leisure travellers. This property is renovated and cleaned between each booking. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a smart TV, outdoor BBQ, outdoor washing machine, backyard garden, Free Wifi. You have the entire front house for yourself but share driveway and parking on the property with guests at the back house. No access to garage, parking on driveway or free off street parking.

Check in: on or after 3pm, door code will be provided before arrival for self check in as it often changing for security purposes. Extra fee $50 apply for early check in before 3pm

Check out: latest 10am, follows Check out requests on our fridge. Our housekeeper is always scheduled at the property on time 10am, so late check out must be request in advance. Another $50 apply for late check out after 10am.

Early check in and late check out: request at the time of booking for availability.

This property is 2 hours drive from Sydney, 40 mins drive to Hunter Valley wine region, 1hr drive to Nelson Bay.

* All appliances, air-conditioner, heater (except fridge) to turn off when no one in the house
* If you stay on Thursday evening, please take garbage bins to the street like the neighbours for collection early friday morning. We really appreciate this.
